All volcanic eruptions are equal: Support or Challenge? Children will gain knowledge and understanding of the features of a volcano and how they are formed. The children will research a volcano within the world and create a model using an armature. Children will observe different reversible and irreversible reactions and use this knowledge to simulate an eruption for their model volcano.

Technology How have Ancient Egyptians impacted on how we live today? Children will make a mechanical device which will move water, or a heavy load inspired by the Ancient Egyptians. |

Performance Art A recording of children performing a piece of music inspired by the festival Día de los Muertos- Central American Day of the Dead. An art gallery honouring each child’s culture and ancestors inspired by Central American artists/artwork. |
